At Chill Vibes Style, every product is made just for you! Because our items are custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your order arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously! If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Email us at chillvibesstyle@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the product and issue
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no extra cost.

Order Issues & Cancellations

  • Since all products are made on demand, cancellations or changes can only be made within 24 hours of ordering. After this period, production begins, and we can no longer modify or cancel your order.
  • If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [your email] to update it before your order ships.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:
✅ The item is damaged or defective upon arrival and cannot be replaced
❌ We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or accidental orders
